In the early 1970’s, Melissa’s grandfather was a successful housing developer who built the community of Park Forest Village, and as a tribute to his granddaughter and grandson, he named one of the streets Melissa Lane and another Douglas Drive. But Melissa didn’t just inherit a street, she grew up instilled with a competitive drive and a work ethic that she has independently developed into the right balance for success.

Helping people has always been important to Melissa and nowhere is this more apparent than when she volunteers her time with local charities throughout the year.
